So the main question arises whether you are covered under <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gstrobo.com\/products\/e-invoicing-software\/\" title=\"e-Invoicing\">e-invoicing<\/a> or not. financial year 2017-18, 2018-19 or 2019-20 and who deals in B2B and export supplies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><strong>Important Update\u202f\u00a0<br><\/strong>As per the recent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gstrobo.com\/blog\/e-invoicing-for-taxpayers-with-over-20-crores-turnover\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.gstrobo.com\/blog\/e-invoicing-for-taxpayers-with-over-20-crores-turnover\/\">notification<\/a>,\u00a0all those taxpayers\u00a0whose turnover is INR 20+ Crores need to comply with the e-invoicing provision from 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0April 2021.\u00a0<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>List of Taxpayer Exempted From E-Invoicing<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is the list of taxpayers who are exempt&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Insurance Companies&nbsp;<\/li><li>Airline Service provider\u202f&nbsp;<\/li><li>Banks including Non-Banking Financial Company and a Financial Institution.&nbsp;<\/li><li>GTA (Goods Transport Agency)&nbsp;<\/li><li>Any transporter providing passenger transportation service&nbsp;<\/li><li>Any taxpayer providing tickets for films on multiple screens&nbsp;<\/li><li>SEZ&nbsp;(Special Economic Zone)&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Check E-Invoicing Eligibility?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Any taxpayer can easily <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gstrobo.com\/blog\/e-invoicing-may-apply-to-inr-50-cr-turnover-taxpayers\/\" title=\"Check the e-Invoicing eligibility\">check the e-invoicing eligibility<\/a> using the following steps:\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong>: Open the e-invoicing portal that is\u202f<strong>https:\/\/einvoice1.gst.gov.in\/<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2<\/strong>: Select\u202f<strong>the e-Invoice Status of Taxpayer<\/strong>\u202foption available under the\u202f<strong>Search<\/strong>\u202fButton.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3<\/strong>: Then you need to enter the\u202f<strong>GSTIN<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 4:<\/strong>&nbsp;Click on the\u202f<strong>Go<\/strong>\u202fbutton.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 5<\/strong>: Then you will be able to check the e-invoicing eligibility along with details.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Enable E-invoicing?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In case if you are covered under the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gstrobo.com\/blog\/e-invoicing-advantages-and-disadvantages\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.gstrobo.com\/blog\/e-invoicing-advantages-and-disadvantages\/\">e-invoicing<\/a> provision but the service is not yet enabled then you may have to register on the e-invoicing portal.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong>: Open the e-invoicing portal that is\u202f<strong>https:\/\/einvoice1.gst.gov.in\/<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2<\/strong>: Choose the<strong>\u202fe-Invoice Enablement<\/strong>\u202foption available under the head\u202f<strong>Registration<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3<\/strong>: Then you need to submit all the required information and proceed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 4:<\/strong>&nbsp;Now e-invoicing will get enabled.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Disable E-Invoicing?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In case if <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gstrobo.com\/blog\/6-points-to-consider-while-picking-e-invoicing-provider\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.gstrobo.com\/blog\/6-points-to-consider-while-picking-e-invoicing-provider\/\">e-invoicing<\/a> is enabled but you do not fall in the category of an eligible taxpayer then you can email on the given mail ID.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E-Mail to disable
